I think this is my first cover reveal, yet even if not, it certainly is one very special reveal. Heather Webb is someone I met in my twitter book world and definitely one of the best things about twitter. One day not too long ago she tweeted about her book deal and poof! it is now a reality. I love historical fiction and here she is with the cover hot off the press of her book coming December 31, 2013: BECOMING JOSEPHINE

What newbie author gets a major book deal from Plume Books plus a book blurb from a superstar historical fiction author Erika Robuck?  None other then the divine Heather Webb and she is hard at work on her next book.

If you want to read more about Ms. Webb and the upcoming book you can visit her blog BETWEEN THE SHEETS:, tweet her @msheatherwebb or go to the usual haunts to pre-order a copy of her book. Oh did I mention she is hosting a contest too?

Félicitations mon ami

  1. I had been trying to find the name of this genre…HISTORICAL FICTION …I love this. I had read it in Spanish as (roughly translated) biographical novel, but now I know how to ask for it at a bookstore… I’d love to read more about the process behind achieving a novel of this type, could you recommend any links to info? 🙂 Thanks and hope to read this soon, Alexandra
