A DISCOVERY OF WITCHES book giveaway

To celebrate the February 8th publication date of A DISCOVERY OF WITCHES by Deborah Harkness poof books has a copy for you.  This giveaway would not be possible without the generosity of Viking.

I am in the middle of reading the book and it is a show stopper, hard to believe this is Deb Harkness’s debut novel.  I will feature the book and my thoughts at poof, but I am not yet done with my read.  And I can tell you I will miss it.  But thank goodness to other book bloggers/lovers I am informed this is the first of a trilogy so feeling better about finishing because there is more to come.  But then I am haunted by reaching the 579th page and being left with questions and then how long does a gal have to wait for the second installment?

So back to the matter at hand.  To be entered for a chance to randomly be selected to win a copy of A DISCOVERY OF WITCHES announced Wednesday, February 9th follow the four requirements below:

1) Share your last favorite read.

2) State what Deb Harkness is by day and what does she love to blog about at night?

3) What discovery has all of the witches, daemons and vampires in such a state?

4) Answers to all three questions above are required for entry. Either comment below; email – poofbooks@gmail.com or tweet – @poofbooks

Cannot wait to hear from you; love to give books away.

  3. I love your new Poof Book site. Just beginning to make my way through it. I really love Dean Koontz’s books but I did NOT enjoy his last book ‘What the Night Knows’. His work can be dark, but generally is touched with humor and goodness prevailing. Not so with his latest. Bring back Odd Thomas…please.
